4 tries to 1. Does that make it a bonus win? We had some discussion about this elsewhere. It is probably academic anyway because it looks like Portugal will win the division.

Sorry I stopped adding the score before the end, my phone ran out of juice.

I have posted this in another forum but edited it for relevance

So I was lucky enough to be at the game and have a few things to add

1) the Dutch ran an excellent day. Youngsters everywhere, carnival atmosphere, cheerleaders, hot food , excellent beer and a great crowd.

2) knowing zero about Dutch rugby I was impressed , back line sounded kiwi but they were good and their forwards masterful. What told in the end was the exposure over time to a higher level of rugby. The score flattered Portugal

3) this will cause sh1t politically in Portugal rugby. The young coach and committee have stuck true to selecting 90℅ domestic players and at this level they have proved right , I suspect if we go up it would be stupid to ignore our top14 contingent and the south Africans who make themselves available but maybe the management have it right ?

4) I feel like i should stop doubting the FPR, maybe they do know what they're doing.....

5) my photos would have been better as I was in an excellent position but the beer was mega https://imgur.com/gallery/CdWWz

6) yes we got the bonus point going into the last two rounds against Moldova and Ukraine we are leading the table with 14 points from 3 games I believe

A good review and sounds like some cautious reasons for optimism for both countries. In an earlier post I was glad to read a Visser is playing for the Netherlands and presumably cannot now be picked for Scotland!

You are forgiven. Beer comes first! :D

I wonder why Aderito Estevez was not on the team list. Fantastic chap for Portugal on the HSBC series.

Some images from google give an idea of the attendance. All from the first half, the first taken from the covered stand, the others looking towards the covered stand:
