Serbia - Austria 29:12

This means Bosnia and Herzegovina is promoted to South 1 :D :D

A huge thank you to our western neighbors :!:

We are joining our eastern ones now

The opposite, isn't it? : )
Thanks to the eastern you will join the western neighbors

I've seen the last seconds of Serbia v Austria, the austrians seemed desperate; a player was lying on the field perhaps crying, or just deeply disappointed. Probably they were sure to defeat Serbia and to be promoted

Yes of course, the opposite

I was in a state of trance :D :D

Yep, they for sure thought it's all over, but Serbia was better the whole game.

It's here on the official FIR website that Tveraga played for Italy A vs Romania in 2009: http://www.federugby.it/index.php?optio ... Itemid=711

It's listed here via the official World Rugby site that Italy A were the FIR's nominated A-side at the time (meaning caps are binding for eligibility):

Here's an interview in Lithuanian where Tveraga talks about playing for Italy A and not being able to crack the full Azzurri side. No mention of playing 7s for Lithuania, only that he has a Lithuanian passport (which doesn't matter): http://www.15min.lt/sportas/naujiena/re ... 671-716254

And lastly an article from Lithuania when he was picked to face Czech Republic. Again no mention of playing 7s and it lends the impression that it was his debut for Lithuania: http://www.delfi.lt/sportas/kitos-sport ... d=72838196

I heard that Tveraga risks an 8-weeks suspension to have played for Lithuania. I don't know further details; I suppose they were referring to this match but I don't know if the board menacing the suspension is italian federation or Rugby Europe or World Rugby
