I hope the player highlighted in bold font above will impress as he has done for his club KCB.

I hope so too. From the look of things, he is a debutant earning his first cap plus he is going to play full 80 mins since there are no centre substitutions.

So basically bamba sports will air the game? Hmm, interesting to note is that this is the 3rd broadcaster with the union for a span of 5 months. I wonder if they sign duration contracts, or anyone who wants to air it is free to do so. The popularity of rugby in Kenya, has risen in the past years, and it looks like all broadcasters are competing for the rights to air matches.

Congratulations to Hong Kong on the win, they did their homework well. Things noted in the game is that Hong Kong came to play the tight ball with the forwards dominating. Kenya thrive on spontaneity, they can easily beat teams they have never met before and have little knowledge about them, but the moment a team studies them well, they loose the plot.
I hope the Simbas can now start planning well for the quadrangular tournament.

According to HKs facebook page a 43:34-win for HK.
How to grow rugby worldwide?
Look at the world ranking in July. Teams ranked 1-10 have to play one team from 11-20 (they don't play in a regular competition) away the next year. 11-20 play 21-30 away and so on. Yes, it really is that simple.
