Spanish Dream Team

After disappointing World Cup Qualyfies, Spain´s coach Santiago Santos and his assitant Jean-Michel Aguirre are trying to make the best spanish selection of all time with the main objective of Japan´19.
They are currently negotiating with a lot of french teams and for 2014-2019 period spanish national team could look like this:

That would look like a pretty decent team to me. All they would miss is a proper coach, which hopefully could be aranged too. It was a beautiful thing when Spain managed to beat both Romania and Georgia in a single year (2012?) and hopefully they will get close to those performances again.

How does this Jack Davies boy qualify for Spain?

Why wasn't he in either the Spanish or Welsh U18's squads for the European Championships and assuming he is good enough for international rugby why would he pick Spain over Wales (assuming he is qualified for both countries).

Interesting post so I thought I'd just quiz you further on this one player.

Edit: Ok just went and looked him up to see he came through a successful Marbella team. Seems like there's a bit of Hype about him and Stokes:

How many of that lot are Spanish born/raised, qualify from parent and how many qualify from grandparent?
