Yes but the french Roben refuse to change the refs. So why we are talking about Morariu?! He is that stupid to designate a Romanian to Qualify Romania and destroy his image?!

Just to bring Belgium back into this (seeing as they're in the thread title and all):

Well done to Belgian rugby. They have proved they're not only welcome here, they're worthy. We only won with the last play of the game in Bruxelles and Spain found out the hard way they are not here for show. Game of the players' lives. And a big shout out to Ajac, an awesome ambassador for our sport. Great coach, great person and a real fresh face in the game. Whatever your view on Vlad, his crisis resolution in shepherding him away was rugby personified.

Belgium have slowly been putting the long-term building blocks in in domestic and age-grade rugby for a long time (yeah DRV, not just some money and one guy) and it is starting to bear fruit. I'm delighted for them and look forward to them making our life more difficult in future - because every bona fide team we have in our competition, makes it a more bona fide competition. I really hope your players aren't forced to lose a huge achievement, which was well earned.

Claps all round for the Black Devils, regardless of all the other noise. Let us not forget this.

He told me he is very sorry and sad you unfollowed him. What other nonsense did he say other than a Romanian ref should not be involved in a game that directly decides whether his country will qualify for the World Cup or not? Did he say that the pope is catholic?

Did anyone saw the weeks old interview with Samoan coach talking about the qualification game against Spain?! Before the fucking REIC was even played to the end! Looks as if he knew and prepared to play Spain when they had a clear path to the direct qualification!

Lol I'd consider Samoan coach not being informed about REC Standings over Samoa and Romania being involved in a conspiracy against Spain

Well, apart from yet another one of your persistent attempts to make yourself look quite the "anti-rugby, he MUST be drunk posting cock of the year" winner (because, yeah, our rugby is sooo sullied), perhaps that's how WR resolve this: "the RWC athletes from Spain" white kit and no anthem at RWC2019?

And if it would be Russia it would then turn out that their H2O was doped. I mean you guys dope everybody. The curling guy was doped! The curling guy... who the fuck doped the curling guy? What kind of Country Would do that? Clearly the Russian kit manager is doped as well and the H2O and the bus driver too! Now go back and make fun of Samoa. At least they don‘t dope their poor curling guy.

I think u guys got carried away, back to the topic please.

As for the game itself, it was pretty dumb to appoint the Rom ref for such an decisive game. Romanians or us for that matter would be yelling foul if we had found ourselves in similar situation to Spain. Also, the guy who punched/shoved the ref, lifetime bans are a bit too much I think, but lengthy ban would suffice.
You are terminated!

It was stupid to appoint a Romanian ref, no matter, if his actions were ok or not.
It is stupid not to mention that this result is a big thing for belgian rugby. Even on this very forum you can read things like "why do they want to win anyways". Really? We should applaude them for giving their best in a game that didn't matter that much for them. This is about integrity, about sportmanship, values we should all aim for. Every team should play seriously in every game, even more when something like the qualifying to the RWC is at stake.

@Zhenya_Zima: great posting on the other thread.

Why are Romanians the only ones opposed to this investigation? We all know what happened, and we all need to be honest with ourselves. Spain deserve Justice, and if WR decides to look the other way, id rather just switch my allegiance to football, which is an all inclusive sport and the most watched sport in the world.

Where did a romanian say on this forum that he/she is against the investigation?

We all want the investigation dude.

I second that. If Rudoy isn't eligible (and it was done open under the eye of everyone interested in t2 rugby) nobody is or should be. He is 100% clean after using the Olympic loophole.
How to grow rugby worldwide?
Look at the world ranking in July. Teams ranked 1-10 have to play one team from 11-20 (they don't play in a regular competition) away the next year. 11-20 play 21-30 away and so on. Yes, it really is that simple.

Is there a list anywhere of who has used the 7s loophole?

I think Cooper Vuna, Tim Nanai-Williams and Anton Rudoy all spring to mind. I think England used it to cap a 7s guy (Warwick something?)
