Brazilian Rugby Union always putting numbers in alphabetical lists. It is NOT the final line-up

It might be João Luiz da Ros' last match.

What happened to the other Sancery brother? I know he was injured throughout the ARC but it must be something big if he's still out. And is the one playing the one who's normally Outside Center or is he the one who's a Fullback?

Daniel Sancery is still injured. André Arruda and Cléber Dias are injured too now.

Lucas Tranquez is an utility back, he can play centre, wing, fullback and fly-half (at club level). But in the national team he's used as fullback. I think he is doing well replacing Daniel Sancery.

The tupi looks awesome, but the cóndor looks a bit too weak.

There was marketing. Not the best, but rugby's community knew about the game. São Paulo's rugby community is loaded with Tupis' matches now and there were many club matches before. People were lazy to go, mostly because the new South American Championship is unattractive.

São Paulo is a good place for ARC matches. Other matches would be better to host in other cities IMO.

im not very knowledgeable about brasil rugby but is it possible for the union there to move sudamerica championship games to cities like rio de janeiro, brasilia, mananus, belo horizonte, etc or is there some issues with markets, budget or stadia?

Well, each city has an issue. But most cities lack a sizeable rugby community, as São Paulo State concentrates almost 60% of all Brazilian rugby, most of it Greater São Paulo and 200km from it. The Brazilian Rugby Union (CBRu) is also based in São Paulo. This means to be interesting to have a match outside São Paulo it is needed support from sponsors willing to go to other cties or from local governments, because CBRu would need to move their staff and would need stronger marketing work to be succesful in cities with less rugby players. Big cities are tougher to attract people that are not already rugby fans. Meddium cities are better: in fact Tupis matches in Bento Gonçalves and Blumenau were pretty succesful. I woukld definitly try new markets in the South American Championship.

I'm still convinced that the next target should be Florianopolis.

Florianópolis would be a great place indeed. But they need to rent a football stadium - Avaí's or Figueirense's. And CBRu only does that away from São Paulo when a local government or a sponsor help.
