I guess most of them were for the promotion/relegation matches for the former Sudamericano Mayor A.

let's see if colombia are ready to step it up, they played very admirably vs uruguay

their women's 7s teams got the sport exposure there, and colombia is a wr market target... IF brazil could develop so rapidly, so could los cafeteros...

Tucanes have started very well, with a lot of confidence.
Second try of Colombia now.

A great run of Paraguayan N° 10 to make a try under the posts and be only a single point below Colombia.

God damn, that was a frustrating second half. Great first half with some breakaway scores but the lack of discipline and tackling shows why Paraguay is ranked higher. Still the closest match the two teams have had.

Happy they're playing here. I thought it was the soccer field right by the big athletics complex but this isn't too far. It's much better than where they played against Venezuela at the end of last year in Guarne which is about 45 minutes outside of the city. This one's right in the city and the number of fans who showed up (I think 3500 or so) shows that it's a better choice.

Yep, almost all of the players are from Medellin but I've also seen a couple from Cucuta which is by the Venezuelan border, a bit odd but there's probably some reason for that. Bogota also has some good numbers too for rugby given the weather and the fact that its the capital. Having all of the players play locally in Medellin is definitely a boost for their consistency.
