That try is 100% Parfrey's fault. What the fuck was he thinking with that kick?

I’m front row and as it was happening I knew that was a bad play by Parfrey.

That’s not test level decision making.

Rees not wrong about Jackson deserving a yellow for that tackle on Mack.

I suspect that pass was going to make LeSage stop to catch it. Would probably still have scored but got a free one. :)

Has been a standout for UBC for a few years. Plays all over the back line including 10. Fast.

I like LeSage’s game.

Get Howard in, Barkwill's put in a good game, but he's done for the day.

Why does Barkwill always go almost 80?

What’s the point of a sub now? Give Howard 30 min.

Poor Howard seems to have just a couple of games worth - at best - when you tally up his minutes.

Because Kingsley doesn't know how to use a bench.

I finished watching Italy Japan just before Canada Scotland kickoff. Congratulations to the Brave Blossoms on an impressive win. Japan, as a Tier 2 country is light years ahead of us. But then are we really a Tier 2 country. I would have to say were more of a 2B or tier 3 country now. We haven't beaten anyone of consequence in forever. Over the last three years we're 1-2 against Uruguay. We're 2-1 against Brazil. We've beaten Chile and Russia and had one draw against the US stacked up against 7 losses to them over the last 4 years. Romania and Georgia seem to have our number. Japan embarrasses us. With the exception of Scotland in 2014 and Italy at the RWC in 2015 every tier 1 match we have played in the last decade has been a cricket score. The last tier 1 scalp we have taken was in 2010 and that was against France 'A'

Here's the yellow that Rees thought was a "rugby play" looks more like a red to me.

Looks way worse than I remember at the time. I guess the hand on the back made me think the Scot might have pulled him around a bit, but doesn't look like it on replay. Probably more lazy / thoughtless than deliberate, but could have been much worse.

I'm surprised there aren't more injuries with the amount of players 'chopping' below the knees these days. I guess most are coming in from the side rather than head on.

The BBC Scotland commentators thought it could have been a red!
