It should be the 2019-20 season, because the Repechage would be played in the 2019-20 period. It is much more fair.

Japan's PCR method inspection is not enough, so total cases and active cases are not correct. It is still possible to overshoot in urban areas of Japan too.

I hope those data are more or less correct. East Asia is the only part of the world where epidemic's data are improving or at least not worsening. We need to see that at least in your zone virus may be circumscribed, if not defeated
