From what I've seen average. I saw he ref a Pro 14 games last year. Seemed ok then.

the video showing the highlights looks like double movement for the Russian first try but there is Spanish player in front hard to see. the ref would have trouble seen that with all the bodies.

I don't think she is bad. Just not helped by lack of TMO.

the commentators are saying she was named Best Referee in 2017 and something else last year but couldn't catch the word.

Neville is absolutely fine and has achieved more on and off a rugby pitch in our game than this entire forum combined. Both teams could have rights to feel aggrieved by the others' opening try - it evens out and they were both VERY close and behind several bodies. I surely don't need to point out we've been subject to MUCH worse try line decisions than this game.

Spain are still very much in this Armchair. Is the window as strong behind your backs this half as it looked behind ours in the first?

Wind isn't constant. I imagine that's why we aren't seeing as much kicking as I expected.

Gusts of wind are heavy but there are other periods without it.

Probably. More over referees mistakes are a tradition for our matches with Spain. :D
Does it matter who is mistaken, she or someone else.

Spain is slow in defense, they had the chance to keep inside Russia inside the 22 and allow them out, Russia own errors are keeping Spain in touch

Russia keep shooting themselves, they gone backwards since last year when I saw them. I was expecting much better.

What a stop by Spain that was a certain try from Russia.

Congratulations to Spain.

My opinion is that. Russia needs to stop participating in this meaningless and inconvenient tournament.

Need to play Asia Rugby at a convenient time for yourself.
Only in this way Russia will receive a balanced calendar and opportunity to progress.

As mentioned, for a (especially first) winter game for us, much better than usual. But we always seem to forget how refereeing works over the winter, when it's footshooting season for us! Spain deserved winners. Can't knock them. Enjoy the third half AF!

Russia need to sort themselves out. penalties and mistakes are costing them games, I saw them at Gloucester and your were much better then.

But you would only get one tier 2 game in each championship. Romania and Spain are way better than Hong Kong and South Korea.

We lose points playing in the off-season. To qualify for the WC, Russia needs to be much stronger than rest in order to win under unfavorabl conditions.

At the moment this is not case and Russia has no chance to qualify for the WC.

In Asia Russia will be second after Japan and be play in spring and summer.
And in Europe we will play tests.
