It's never a good thing to make assumptions, the long serving Rowan Varty had a Chinese mother for example.
It's as simplistic as talking about "Anglo Saxons" when they have been to all intents and purposes interbred with all sorts of peoples since the 11th century. Only racial purists with dubious agendas talk about being "Anglo-Saxon" in the UK or US now. For more debate about that go to http://www.t2rugby.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 906#p88906

But what is the other quick option - enforcing a quota? I doubt if the HK government/administration really cares that much to interfere, even if that's what it takes.

I think it's the centralised control board for the Army, so the players could be from bases all around the country in theory.
There are a few Singhs which suggests they are from Punjab but this just signifies they are Sikhs, who could live/come from anywhere really.
The name Singh doesn't necessarily mean they're Sikhs, Most Punjabi non Sikh's have Singh as their surname.. It was close game, Decent defence from India, No idea how strong Chinese Taipei is this year but most likely Thailand will win the division

Was there supposed to be more than two teams in this originally? Seems weird that Philippines get the advantage of two home games...

100% Mongolian it looks like.
Also the thai and the indian lines-up seem completely or almost completely "local"
