A *league* with Romania? Or did you mean a "cup", like the previous Black Sea Cup? Because, from the Romanian point of view, I can't see a reason to merge Superliga with that Slavic-Kartvelian one

And with a big effort in promotion. Having attended many different sporting events I must admit I was impressed by how fans are treated at KHL. Gifts, entertainment, merchandising...

I very much doubt that the Georgian teams will join the tournament. There are a lot of issues (beyond political) like first of all climatic conditions. As it was mentioned 5-6 Russians teams are going to be involved. Let's exclude summer time for the tournament. In Russia there are 2 more months (May and September) which are good for holding rugby games in Siberia and Central Russia. Is it worth for Georgian teams to play there in fall or early spring? I do not think so.

What for? All teams must play in their cities for their fans, otherwise it's a farce. It is necessary to create a league so that all clubs can play home matches at home. Moreover, the transport costs will be paid by the league.
What do you think of the Romanian clubs, they want to play in this league?

I am sure I have seen a video of the new hockey arena in Krasnoyarsk, and that in a part they showed that they could put an artificial pitch there.

I just got here so missed if you mentioned this earlier - is this a proposed Enisei STM stadium? This is really nice, where's the money coming from?

This new tournament must be promoted well, or it will fall after a season.

Georgian championship is progressing really fast. And they must show their potential on the shield. But unfortunately money is a huge problem for that. And Government is not willing to spend more.

Yes, this is the first stage. Opening of August 31, 2018. But the roll grass should take root a few months. Money from the federal program of sports development. From Moscow. Next, Phase 2 and Phase 3 are planned. The second grandstand, sports hall, hotel, sports academy building.
