Fair? Maybe not.

Then do not need to play at all.
EPСR can decide who will play in the Challenge Cup itself ...

Great changes in "Slava".
Godlyuk and Pshenichnyh went to the VVA. 8 people are gone. Bykanov finished.
3 in the Russian national team in Turkey.

If the EPCR will give two additional places in the Continental Shield in the next season for the Kuban and VVA, then I think we should forgive them the semifinal of Enisei v Krasny Yar.

Why not? There are already build works at the stadium VVA, they promise to finish in the autumn of 2018. You can open a new VVA stadium with a match of the Continental Shield! Kuban has long wanted to play in European competition.

Normally the only time 183km/hr winds are registered in Krasnoyarsk are when Sasha is trying to shoot down Yar.
That's +71C hot air though, not minus. Damn, that has to be in error, right?

STMKY, are you from Krasnoyarsk? If yes, let me make some questions, please.

What about the Enisey-Yar rivalry? Is it similar to a strong football clubs' rivalry?

How popular is rugby between the population? Does everyone in the city at least know the rules (as football in the whole world), or is it restricted to the rugby community (like in almost every T2/T3 country)?

And the last: Does the people really cares to Challenge Cup? What the supporters think about the two sides playing so many matches outside home?

That's incredible. :(

Well, at least the clubs' jerseys are on sale? I like the VVA one. It's similar to Fortaleza's jersey, my football team.

I don't know, being Canterbury your supplier it should be easy to find that jersey at least online. I remember going to Dublin for a test match in November 2013 and finding Russia shirts in a rugby shop there.
