You don't know that. There are plenty of people who are proud of their heritage no matter where their family came from. Besides, most Russian immigration in Australia has happened after 2000, well over 50%.

It makes no difference to me. It Artemyev found 200000 players with Russian roots, but i do not.
I think that in best case he will find 1-2 players who will play a couple of matches for Russia (most likely in Hong Kong) if we do not get to next WC.
Probably we will see them even less than our Ostrikov from Europe.
In my opinion depature of our players to Europe is harmful, since they actually stop playing for Russian national team in EC and this weken our own league.

Need to invest in the Russian league then, or establish a new league with other T2 nations to keep players.

We have only two playing in Europe. This is not so important at moment.
league is developing rapidly in my opinion.

I admire the Russian union for trying to mostly home-grow players and not getting into a situation of relying on heritage players (if at all), and even then their impact might be negligible.

Oh, and eligibility issues and that stuff.

This is because we have no one to invite. Those whom our Federation found refused to play for Russia.
Therefore i usually call emigrants from Russia shit undeserving of our attention.

Tale is over. Kuban ran out of money and New Zealanders flew home.
Questioned participation of Kuban in next championship of Russia.

I have said several times that easy money in Russian rugby is a problem. Clubs should strive to make money themselves and not rely on sponsors !!!!!!
Next year there will be two new clubs in РL - CSKA and Strela Kazan.

Currently 0 players found for naturalization.

Weather + 1 C and rain with snow and this is not even mid autumn! And this is Moscow not Krasnoyarsk!
But in Russia they plan to play championship autumn - spring!
I hope only for global warming ...

Either they didn't look properly or they are aiming too high.

I won't give more hints in public, but I know players that would without any kind of doubt strengthen your U18 and U20. And Russia can offer them a professional path.

You probably have the impression that Spain goes chasing Top 14 players, but many of the current Top 14/ProD2 regulars with Spain were at first contacted when they were playing in Fédérale or Espoirs. My impression is that current FRR wants to do too much, too quickly.
