Am I wrong to understand they aim to build an indoor stadium in the outskirts of Moscow?

Is this rugby-specific or built for a football club? AFAIK all major Moskow football clubs already own modern stadiums (except Torpedo, that owns an old one)... Who is paying?

This is future hockey stadium of CSKA. It is likely that a small stadium in Mnevniki will be built for CSKA rugby.

In 2019 at our stadium Slava there will be several hundred (and maybe a thousand) football fans of CSKA. Pyrotechnics, fums and everything else.
I hope that there will be no fights. 8-)

Fortunately not. I used to be a Spartak fan. But i moved away from football 25 years ago.
This is a meeting between Spartak and Serb brothers Crvena Zvezda.

I think Spartak will support us.

This was not the case in rugby anyone could come to our stadium and nothing threatened them. But after the appearance of CSKA, I do not know what will happen next.

And Lokomotiv and Dinamo still have Rugby League? Or they are moving to Union? I remember Lokomotiv had talks about playing sevens years ago...

I want to be understood correctly. Football stadiums in Russia secure, football hooligans are found outside stadiums.

At a football match they are put in different sectors of stadium and at stadium “Slava” there is no police and everyone sits anywhere.
So there may be clashes, two "Slava" players are training "Spartak" rugby, so "Spartak" will support us. CSKA fans will bring “culture” of football to “Slava” is for sure. Smokes, fireworks and everything else.

In general fist fights are traditions dating back to antiqity.

Loko, Dinamo, Spartak, Torpedo and Fili all play in Major Moscow league. They all are strong enough but all are amatures.
CSKA used to play there as well but had found sponsorship and strong management in order to start with pro-era since 2020

How is the strucutre?

You have a full-pro Premier League with 8 clubs, this I know.

And you have a 2nd division with 16 clubs: http://www.rugbyarchive.net/Pagine/Stag ... spx?ID=395

I see there 4 reserve squads (Enisei, Krasny Yar, Penza and Krasnodar) and 12 other clubs (Sibir Krasnoyarsk, 80-E Krasnoyarsk, Perm, Samara, Mari El, Energia Kazan, Strela Kazan, Narvskaja Zastava St. Peterburg, LTA St. Peterburg, Rostov, CSKA Moscow and Torpedo Moscow).

So, those 12 clubs are professional, semi-professional or amateur? And they only play the Russian 2nd divsion or they play regional league (like Moscow League) and qualify from them to the 2nd division? For exemple, are CSKA and Torpedo also playing the Moscou league or are they only playing the Russian 2nd division?
