I remember us talking about buying a team in ProD2 and get young Georgians to play there, It seems Brive is doing that for us :D
All the best of luck to Tedo I'm sure he has what it takes to be successful in France, the combination with Vasil at Brive will be very beneficial for the Georgian NT as a whole.

That is a brilliant move.

no. warm up match against Russia and 2 matches vs Scotland...

Abzhandadze was kicked out of Irish collage team. :D He defeated Ireland and got Contract with Brive.

My favorite Teams in France:
top 14: Montpellier, Bordeaux and Clermont
Pro2d: Brive and Aurillac

Are the dates and venues known?

How long until Sandro Svanidze is back playing rugby for Armazi. He has been injured a long time.

They have not given us an exact time for his return but I think he will be back soon. last week he was training with the national team, mostly individually but still.

This years under 18 Georgia team shaping up as a very good side.
Side i am predicting or something similiar.
Props.
Giorgi Kimutsadze
Giorgi Vardosanidze
Irakli Mchedlidze
Davit Abdushelishvili
Giorgi Gogia

Hookers
Luka Petriashvili
Giorgi Glonti

Locks
Nika Mtchedlishvili
Nika Pirosmaniashvili

Loose forwards
Tariel Givimradze
Saba Kurtanidze
Davit Niniashvili
Saba Iashvili
Giorgi Kobalia

Halfbacks
Pridon Tsklauri
Luca Matkava

First fives.
Nika Tsinsadze
Bakur Khukalashvili

Centres
Givi Tsintsadze
Temur Kokhadze
Beso Taniashvili

Back 3
Lasha Gurgenidze
Koba Iremashvili
Iago Khabuliani
Nika Dzneladze
Dachi Papunashvili

Not sure the age of lock forward Lado Chachavadze,i think he was born 2000 so inelegible.

Lots of good players. Speed to burn in Khabuliani and Dzneladze. Temur Kokhadze very good prospect.Few players like Papunashvili Givi Tsintsadze Lasha Gurgenidze already have senior experience for top club teams.

Loose forward Niniashvili is a very good prospect, although he might be playing in the backs now? Kobalia also very good young player.
Front row always good as one would expect.

Temur Kokhadze from Aia Kutaisi is born in 2000. So he can play only U20, but there is a big competition on centers position. Lomidze, Tapladze, Simsive, are much more experienced and I think that it will be very difficult for Kokhodze to compete with them.

One of NZ's news networks Newshub is doing some stories on the Lelo's and Milton Haig. I saw the first one today, it was very informative and gives a good behind the scenes look on the Georgian National Rugby Base and the funding provided by that rich Georgian guy. It will be educational for most NZ rugby supporters but its good to see the coverage on the good work Milton has done. I didn't realise how good their high performance base is!

Hopefully they will be up online in due course (although they're not the best at updating the website) but here's the link to the journo they sent over there.
