Looks like French side just decided to not send French Barbarians and send "Baby Barbarians" instead. Still a good warmup, but I don't like this attitude. If you say you are going to send French Barbarians, then please be so kind and send French Barbarians.

Giorgi Nemsadze started his first Pro14 game (at flanker) for Ospreys against Zebre. He played the whole games and made 14 tackles (0 missed).

Jaba Bregvadze started his first Super Rugby game for Sunwolves, against Crusaders

tighthead prop Anton Peikrishvili started for Cardiff Blues against Pau in Challenge Cup semi finals

loosehead prop Vasil Kakovin on the bench for Racing92 against Munster. Only georgian in Champions Cup semi finals, hope to see him again with the georgian jersey

Nemsadze on the bench against Cardiff Blues! I am happy for him. He had a tough time at Bristol... looks like he is appreciated in Wales.

AIA Kutaisi defeated Locomotivi 20-15 and advanced to Didi10 final. Tomorrow Jiki and Batumi RC will play another game. The winner will play today's losing team (Locomotivi) for the chance to advance to final.

Interesting none of the Georgian under 20 team has been involved in any playoff games. Great game by Zurab Dzneladze of Aia against locomotive,he has been carving it up all season.

So the usual (and precious) resume by Sareferees is wrong: they say Jiki v Batumi as final. Maybe it's the third place final
http://www.sareferees.com/News/referees ... 8/2831106/

Please inform us if there will be a free stream for the grand final

WHY refer to | TRUST various, alien sources when there is
a 100% reliable, OFFICIAL, smartest, native ONE
since inception of this FORUM :?:

:!: Just look at http://site.rugby.ge/en/home/
right-most column

*ps* There is NO *third place final*
in this AUSSIE system: Loser of PF gets bronze

*PPS* There is FREE stream and LIVE game-sheet
for ALL 96 games of GEO Didi 10 | Big 10

+++ Dear RugbyPUBtbilisi

I have no ample time to check the Table posted by you
but given Tie-break is a sheer NONSENSE --
even bigger than RE mess of the last two years :!:

Pls, read the acting | spot-on one here >> http://site.rugby.ge/ka-GE/Tie-Break/

+++ Pls, also stop spreading long-lasting RUBBISH -- of course, devised by NOT-you

It is Aia -- word consisting of three vowels, and
NOT an acronym AIA (say, for Amateur Idiotic Alliance)

On their logo it is spelled as AIA. Did they make a mistake then?

Hey mate ... don't be so naive | pedantic

Their designer probably used ALL CAPS - as per (unwritten) laws of design

@

Hope, you are a Georgian

Then dare I ask you:

If one uses ALL CAPS and puts on team logos
AIA | LELO | JIKI | AKADEMIA | HOOLIGANA | LOKOMOTIVI | GEORGIA | TBILISI | HOOZLISTAN
then do those words become acronyms ?

Pls, think twice before defending ... undefendable RUBBISH

@

You mean this ?

Image

Here everything is ALL CAPS - both GEO and ENG

You need to calm yourself down a little. It was an innocent question.

And for your information, writing something in English using caps doesn't neceserally make it an acronym. Official documents for example require block letters. So writing AIA instead of Aia is perfectly acceptable, because it doesn't make it an acronym like you (mistakingly) seem to think.

Why are we translating it as Aia ? wasn't it Aea originally ?

I generally think we are translating Georgian to English very wrong. We never take into consideration the variations pronunciation when it comes to English. But that is understandable since we generally consider latinization enough of a translation for any language.

However if we are specifically translating to English it would be different from just latinizing every letter no ?

For example e=ი more often than e=ე

A= ე and ა

I = ა and ი

random example

იაშვილი in latin would be Iashvili in English Eashvili, right ?

Looks like Scots are fulfilling their promises.
24th August:
Georgia vs Scotland
Pretty sure hull house Dinamo Arena is guaranteed.

6or 7 September:
Scotland vs Georgia

Great warm up matches for RWC.

Can we see 1st T1 scalp in Tbilisi at last? Great test to prepare for Wales and Fiji matches.

At last T1s are comming to Georgia.

Basically punished because of how the global test matches schedule is planned years in advance.
