Francisco de la Fuente signs with FC Barcelona too. This makes five the number of players from Chile in 2017-18 Liga Heineken:

This is an interesting one. A top Uzbekistan international signed to play in the Malaysian semipro league.

Hat tip to Hinato.

Just noticed moldovan prop Leon Victor joined Trelissac un Fédérale 1.
2 years ago there was not a single moldovan player un France, now I count 5, all props
  • Maxim Cobilas - loosehead prop - Mâcon (Federale1)
  • Vadim Cobilas - tighthead prop - Bordeaux-Bègles (Top14)
  • Gheorge Gajion - tighthead prop - Trélissac (Fédérale1)
  • Cristian Ojovan - tighthead prop - Aurillac (Espoirs)
  • Leon Victor - loosehead prop - Trélissac (Federale1)

His highlights on YouTube are pretty flattering, but second-tier league has a very fluctuant level.
