And do anyone know how the host of Repechage cup will be determined? World rankings or something else will matter?

As from the statement I heard from WR, the repechege will be on a home and away basis.

I think he was referring to the final repechage tournament, the one with four teams; I doubt it will be home and away, too complicated.
I'd like if the previous qualifying duels were on home and away basis, even if they would be a lot of games: Europe Two could play 5 matches in REC, then 2 matches against Portugal, then 2 matches against Samoa, then 3 matches in the repechage tournament. An unusually busy calendar for a tier II team

That Final 4-team Repechage would be
a SINGLE, week-plus-long (SAT WED SUN) round-robin --
three rounds, held in ONE, neutral place

May be, even in JPN -- as a mini RWC

You put the Turkish flag instead of the Tunisian one in the African tournament.

That was my speculation based on Cup of Nations, but I don't think it was official anywhere.

Arghhh, really hope its neutral. You would imagine that HK will be through anyway, I'm sure any team would love the chance to have three extra home games to qualify :(

A doubt: is the pdf below wrong where it says (end of page 1) that the winner of REC 2017/18 will meet Portugal? :|
I was sure that it was the second placed team (except Georgia) the one destined to meet Portugal

With the release of the Africa Gold Cup 2018 fixtures, it leaves just the Asia Championship fixtures to be released before they can work on finalising the playoffs and repechage.

One fixture already confirmed however, Malaysia hosting HK on May 5th

Attempt of a resume of the remaining qualifying matches, in italian. I supposed an home&away format for all the play-offs but I'm not certain about it [Updated according to Amrchair's suggestions]

Europe 2 play-off isn't home and away but held in the country of the Rugby Europe Championship side. But repechage between Samoa and Europe 2 will be home and away, being the preliminary dates 3 and 17 June if I'm not mistaken.

The date for Europe 2 v Portugal play-off will be may 19, I don't know if this was already known.
So we have the most of the fixtures; just those in red in the list below are hypothetic

There was a change, May 19 was the expected date for REC promotion-relegation play-off:
http://www.rugbyeurope.eu/sites/default ... -18_v4.pdf

Now it's been postponed to 26:

You are right
I've read "Playoff Rugby Europe Trophy 2017/2018" on may 19th in the FPR events section (http://www.fpr.pt/events/) and I thought it was referring to the World Cup qualifiers. Instead, clicking on the date it specifies that it's a match to be promoted in the REC 2018/19.
So the date of the RWCQ play-off is still unknown

I can see that date changing depending on REC results. May 12 weekend would be a disaster for Russia, Romania or Germany as it clashes with Continental Shield, May 19 would be a disaster for Spain as it clashes with Liga Heineken semifinals.
