I'm pretty sure the Rugby Europe mens GPS 7s will be streamed. They normally are. keep a look out on Rugby Europe's site. I'm sure RSA v Scotland will be broadcast and therefore streams available on the likes of vipbox (see link above), streamhunter, or wiziwig and the like. Fiji v Cooks, and the African ones maybe will be available on the IRB website. Others I doubt but you could check NACRA's website.

IRB says in its "live video" page that they are going to transmit all the remaining RWCQ games, but still no details about

This should be the saturday's schedule in GMT
03.00: Fiji v Cook (RWCQ) http://www.irb.com/live/video.html
06.00: Euro GP 7s (second leg, Moscow)
10.00: Namibia v Kenya (Africa Cup) http://www.irb.com/live/video.html
12.00: Madagascar v Zimbabwe (Africa Cup) http://www.irb.com/live/video.html
13.00: Nomads v Sud Africa (women test) http://liveculture.tv/nomads-south-africa-womans/
15.00: S.Africa v Scotland (test)
19.30: Mexico v Turks&Caicos (Nacra div.II)
20.00: Usa South v Guyana (Nacra final) https://www.youtube.com/user/GifttimeRugbyNetwork
20.00: Bahamas v Jamaica (Nacra div.II)

Does that IRB Live stream work for anyone? I'm clicking on Kenya vs Namibia and it's showing me a replay of some Wales vs Samoa game instead of the live game.

The KO time listed there is 10 AM GMT (UTC). Romania's timezone is GMT+2, so it should have started already. Or not? :o

seems OK now and we have sound too. I really really love IRB's initiative to bradcast these games. I can't believe this will be the first match between African sides I've watched live.

it seems the issue is in Madagascar so if it's no signal from there I highly doubt there is another stream somewhere

I don't know if someone is interested in rugby league but tomorrow evening (saturday, 20 local time, 18 GMT) the European Championship division B game Italy v Ukraine will be streamed live on http://www.nprugby.it
I know, it's just league; but at least is Tier 2 : )
