So this strategy has worked twice previously for me on this forum so i'll give it another go.

I have a player at my club in London 1 (Level 6). Could easily be playing Level 5 maybe even Level 4 if he wan't training to be an engineer. He's a second / back row, youing ( 22/23) and qualifies for Serbia. Both parents Serb and he speaks it fluently. Having spoken to him he would be keen to have a crack at the national Serbian side if they thought he was good enough.

Is there anyone on this fourm who has a contact that might suit?

I've had luck in the past simply messaging the Facebook page of some of the smaller Unions, so maybe try here:
https://m.facebook.com/rugbyserbia/
Or here: https://m.facebook.com/SerbiaNationalRugbyTeam/

Both have been active recently and one has a phone number on it that might be worth a shot, hope this helps, and let us know the outcome!

Also with the complicated Ex-Yugoslavian history, I would double check if they really do qualify for Serbia. They might be of Serbian origin, but if his parents (and grand-parents) were born in nowadays Bosnia or Croatia, they might not be eligible.
How to grow rugby worldwide?
Look at the world ranking in July. Teams ranked 1-10 have to play one team from 11-20 (they don't play in a regular competition) away the next year. 11-20 play 21-30 away and so on. Yes, it really is that simple.

Sad but fitting that no British or Irish players are selected.

Another 2014 FIFA World Cup stadium and another white elephant will host a rugby match. On September 16th Arena Pantanal, at Cuiabá, will be the venue for the Central Brazil Cup final between Cuiabá Rugby Clube, the local club, and Rugby Sem Fronteiras, from Brasília (the same club that hosted his regional league final at the Brasilia's World Cup stadium).

And no German & Belgian guys. Seems like a random sub-REC-selection with Pape being the big star.

I read some interesting comments about this Europe team elsewhere. Someone wasn't too impressed with the Norwegian players selected and mentioned that one is the son of the union president.

I can't decipher this image. Kick off is at 19.35 newzealander time, so some times seem correct and some seem completely wrong. Or maybe I've misinterpreted it all
