Turkey Referendum

Prime minister Erdogan has held a referendum to abolish the Prime Minister Position in place of a President with Executive Powers. He will get to appoint the Judiciary and the Executive. Is this healthy for an unstable Turkey? Discuss below.

No of course it is not good for Turkey to abolish democracy step by step.
