So gentlemen of the jury we continue hearing the case.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4XTAwu668M

What is the reson for such a terribl statistics of human tragedis in the US?
Terrible enveronment? Poor nutritions? Maybe they were Russian hackers?
Why, for example, in Russia, "sick" athletes in dozens of times less?

Is there no state support for doping? But the provision of deliberateli false medical reports and the permission on the basis of these documents the use of doping is a crime!

In Norway, for example, since Albertville 92, 69% of gold medals were won by athletes with asthma.

https://www.vg.no/sport/langrenn/langre ... /23747305/

Dear jurors! Can we call these cases a state doping program?

What happens if Ivanov and Smirnoff ( with vodka) check yours?
Will yours scream about the "Russian mafia"?

So, i ask you to think about what is the state doping program?
Providing your states with fake medical evidence of illness or criminal activity of the Rodchenkov gang?

Next time, dear jurors, i will talk about corruption .
And also about Rodchenkovs gang.

Putin on the IOC, WADA and the Olympics. He does not want conflict, he thinks that everything will end by itself.

How to grow rugby worldwide?
Look at the world ranking in July. Teams ranked 1-10 have to play one team from 11-20 (they don't play in a regular competition) away the next year. 11-20 play 21-30 away and so on. Yes, it really is that simple.

IOC believes , IOC is thinking ... False dishonest bastards.

A good way out of this situation would be a missile strike at the IOC headquarters in Lausanne ...

Putin is confident that the attack on Russian Olympians is connected with the presidential elections in Russia spring 2018.
He says this in the begining. In this situation Putin has no good moves.

But i think he"ll think of something ... The game is not over.

"Audiatur et altera pars" ...

"Fifteen of the 558 athletes in the U.S. delegation at the Rio Olympics — or slightly less than 3 percent — had therapeutic-use exemptions in force during the games."

https://summergames.ap.org/article/unde ... exemptions

It is possible, although i do not believe a singl word of WADA and IOC! When i sober i answer that too.
The USA does not need this method of winning Olympic medals. They have a way and more reliable!
Asthma is for Norway, not for the USA!

Do not judge strictly, we only recently began to fight ...

All of the western governments have one thing in common. They don't give a flying f... about the Olympics.

Yeah, there are some programs in place to help athletes but never ever would any sport scandal or doping be related to any politician.
If a president relies on Olympic programs to be reelected, his country is in an extremely bad state.

Before continuing to hear the case i want everyone present in the court room to read this information.
This will help us understand the psichology of the defendant  .

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles ... stayed-out

"That's why the West is getting nowhere, and will get nowhere, with Putin. Moreover, it's highly unlikely that any successor to Putin will simply cast aside the broken promise story, which is by now embedded in the Russian government's post-Soviet DNA. For years, perhaps decades, maintaining a confrontation with Russia will be easier than rebuilding trust".

UCI will not disqualify Frum who passed the positive doping test.

If the dope were not found then it would undoubtedly be disqualified ...

So gentlemen of the jury we will talk about corruption. Every western is sure that he lives in a place where the level of corruption is minimal.
Probably it is. I also agree with this. I just do not agree with Russia 134 place in this rating alongside Ukraine, but it has nothing to do with our process.

https://www.transparency.org/news/featu ... index_2016

But is it really?

In reality Western countries help the third countries not only to get rid of corrupt officials, but also from money stolen from the peoples of these countries.

Any thief who left Russia with stolen money will not be extradited 99%.There were a few exceptions, but they only confirm the rule.
If he says that Putin is following him and wants to kill him then he is not extradited 200%.

In fact Western countries provide "Roof" for corrupt officials and money stolen from other peoples.

Dear jurors, look at me ! I quite straghtforward and used to say all that think.

I am a wealthy person would live in a country where there is no freedom of speech?

Russia - not free country in your rating is on 148 place between Tajikistan and Mexico.

https://rsf.org/en/ranking

Do you really think so? Maybe i working for Putin to deceive those few dozen people including the moderator who read this topic?
Well, everyone is free to think as he wants.
So i declared.
Any thief or criminal who has gone to the West is granted asylum and protection and will be freed from punishment for crimes commited.

There are exceptions sometimes give Russian murderers and bandits, but if you are a thief your place in London, rather than in prison.

This is important to understand before we discuss the activitis of the Rodchenkov of which the IOC and WADA are declared trust worthy by the witness.

The head of the company "Bosco" Mikhail Kusnirovich said that he would not go to the Winter Olympic Games in 2018 in Pyengchang . Earlier it became known that Bosco, the exclusive suppler of clothes to the IOC from 2018, intends to ask the IOC not to use its brand at the upcoming winter Olympics. This decision was made in connection with the fact that the IOC has forbiden Russia to perform at the Games in Pyeongchang under the national flag.

"My family and i decided that we should sincerely thank the International Olympic Committee for the invitation, but abandon it. We will not be able to use the hospitality program, carry the torch of the Olympic flame, as it was supposed before. No means no"
