What I meant with "what is Arabs", that this is such a large definitely not homogenic group from even totally different ethnic backgrounds that it makes only little sense to say "the Arab"

People self-identify that way regardless of the different origins. Bound together by a common language. And really if you think about it, Arabs have considered themselves one people longer than the French or Germans for example, who 150 years ago were still mainly defined by regional identities.

"Arab people" are better described as Semitic. Yes, I know that is used to describe Jews too but Semitic covers all peoples that have risen from that area of the world. Semitic people have many religions, Judaism, Shite, Suni and Coptic are the main ones and their are many other minor ones.

The majority of Muslims are a peaceful people who just want to get one with their lives and grow old and die in comfort.

I think that is the wrong comparision. It is more comparable to that people might feel as European. But a guy from Egypt would never say that a Palestinian or a Lybian is a brother, but he is probably okay to call him a cousin. Arab is definitely not a national identity.

Arab and “European” identity aren’t remotely comparable. That’s a laughable suggestion.

I want to say that a person must identify himself. If it is not a religion then what?
Within one country unifing factor may be a common language or nationality.

But if this is EU for example. What unites all these countries except the American occupation and subsidis from Brussels for Eastern Europe?

Yes, most Muslims are not interested in jihad, but even a smaller part can create big problems in Europe.

Especially if Muslims believe in Allah and Europeans believe in food processor ...

By the way and if choice between an Arab and a Jew?

Re: Immigration

To be clear, a sizeable minority (20 million plus) of the Arab population worldwide are Christian. Many have left the Middle East in recent decades due to constant wars. Christians have gone from the majority of the Lebanese population to around one third. More recently they have been fleeing Syria. I have known quite a few, extremely kind and hardworking people. One old guy from Aleppo used to bring Arabic coffee to work every morning and share a cup with me. We talked politics quite a bit. He wasn’t a fan of US intervention in his country and said his people lived there in peace until the Civil War.

The western (American) illusion is that every thing can be bought. And everyone can be bought.
And if a person does not take your money? What besides money West can offer?
Western values? Which ones?

We all have our issues with concentration of wealth and billionaires accumulating more and more power. Your country is certainly no exception.

Yes unfortunately. But Russians are trying to change that. For example communist revolution 1917.
You know we are dangerous people. We are direct people and say what we think.
And we act upredictably.

In Russia there really is such a culture of communication. This is not trolling.

We are very politically incorrect people, political correctnes is a form of Western hypocrisy.

And can not compare values of Russia and West (US).
Russian values apply to Russia primarly, rest of the world does not interest us at all.
Russia wants to takeover world only in Western propaganda slogans.

The values of West (USA) are universal in nature with the aim of evoking sympaties of the rest of world. And my sympaties too.
Therefore i want to know about these values. There is nothing surprising in my desire ...

I see two main universal Western values.
Printing counterfeit money and military power.

But so are Arab and national identity. It is not the same. While European identity and Arab aren't the same as well, the comparision is not laughable. Euopean countries share a long and influential history together.

For nearly 1000 years Arabs lived in one state and then a significan part of them lived 300 years in another state.

Well, "It is Israel's fault" is a quite popular Arab standpoint.

Yeah, because "they" are always exactly think the same as "they" are robots.
I mean seriously, are you sure that you can agree with all of your neighbours on more than 3 political topics?
Why do you always assume that Muslims magicially agree with each other on every topic?
