As expected, most common 7s players won't go to Scotland next weekend. Spain is sending an very young and inexperienced squad (Erbina, Diego, García are 17; they claim 60% of the players are uncapped):

It's always hard to understand clearly the google translation of languages such the persian but I report this little article anyway because it seems suggesting a XV activity in Iran, which is quite surprising

Significant fifteen women's teams in Tehran
The Rugby Association announced that the 15th Women's Championship will be held in symbolic form in Iran, and fifteen teams will send their readiness to submit to the Rugby Association in writing by December 27th.
It should be noted that since the first symbolic period, there will be a meeting between teams from Tehran, which will announce their preparations (this is not a national team selection).
In addition, Tehran teams do not have the right to use the players of other teams of other cities to play in this period, but other players of Tehran teams can use.

England Rugby have streamed a few, around once a month:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDXwJSbsQqc&t=4s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZneVFSlLRcE&t=7201s

The Tyrell's 15 twitter account also has weekly try-lights.

A Youtuber called rugbydad678 also occasionally has highlights, mostly of Saracens or Harlequins games.

If you search for the rugby clubs Youtube/twitter accounts then some of them (Bristol, Richmond, Harlequins) have random highlights of tries.

A twitter account called 'Women's Rugby Comp' also will show clips and gifs of highlights. I don't know how or where they get the video's from (I assume from the clubs)

Joma has subtitled to English the ad that went viral a few weeks ago in Spain featuring some of our XV players:

Nice video, I hope the sponsor does well from it. I hadn't heard of Joma but I just googled it and found it's a Spanish sports clothing manufacturer, so that makes sense.

Yes, they started sponsoring FER right before the Olympics, but they were already suppliers for a few Eastern Europe teams. For example Krasny Yar and Russian referees wear their shirts if I'm not mistaken.

The Dutch Lions play the British Army tomorrow as part of the preparation for the European Championship next month. As far as I can tell this is the national team in all but name.

The Netherlands won 45-22. Some good rugby played but plenty to improve on before the Spanish need to worry.

I don't know. There are no 7s tournaments until April, but Yunque may prefer to give a chance to same core he's sent to Scotland. If that's the case you may have a serious shot. I'm not too confident about today's game, last January match against Wales was a disaster and Scotland is eager to destroy us in front of their crowd.

(By the way, insert my usual rant about the lack of streaming in host Home Nations in spite of Spain offering one whenever they come)

Just a curiosity: what are the circled numbers in the bottom sector of the image meaning?
I can't decrypt clearly their logic

Very mysterious. The number seems to refer to the home team: 1=England, 2=Wales, 3=Scotland, 4=Ireland, 5=France, 6= Italy. But then 7=France too - maybe a typo? No relation to the stadiums which are 1-11. England are last year's champions and Italy finished 6th, but the other four are random.

Where did you find the map? I did a google image search for it and it came up with "lyme disease europe map" as its best guess.

My guess is they wanted to report the stadiums numbers also in the bottom belt, but then they thought it was redundant so they simply attribuite one different number to every team (which is pleonastic), but forgetting to change that 7, which is the number of the stadium in Corse. All in all: a mess...

Or, hypothesis B, they created a genial codifying system and we are not able to understood it

I found the image in the official twitter account of the 6 Nations

Is there a chance they thought Corsica is a different territory, with a similar identity and status to Wales or Scotland?

France wouldn't be much happy about that : ) There's a quite strong independency movement in Corsica.
I suspect it's a mistake. Just, it's strange because that image was already posted a pair of weeks ago and they reposted it today, untouched

I don't know if it's a direct consequence of Scotland game being cancelled, but Spanish Rugby Union has scheduled a repeat of the game they already held last year between Spain XV and an all-star team from Liga Iberdrola next April 14/15.
