Interview to Sebastián Piñeyrúa about SLAR.

Some points of interest:
- The franchises spent the 50% or some more from their US$ 1M budget.
- Specially in hotels reservations and airline tickets for the whole season.
- They are looking to traslate those costs over to the next season.
- Each Union has a 50% participation in the franchises, the rest belongs to private investors.

- All foreign players have returned to their homes. https://twitter.com/SLARugby/status/1242199677799407617

from things I heard here, it seems it is unlikely that Brazil (and Corinthians) will be back to SLAR in 2021. Many things can change, nothing official, only talks and speculations. But this is a very possible scenario.
