Before creating a new topic I went through the "forum archives" given that this has appeared on several threads recently I'm posting here... (long live reviving threads! - and boy, 7 years have past on some names who are now usual starters in some teams!)

Willis Halaholo, a New Zealand born centre, who's 30 and played for Tonga U20s back in 2009... Plays for Cardiff Blues since 2016 and although he has already been named in a Welsh camp (to play the BaaBaa's in 2019) he is still uncapped but might get playing time on Saturday.

I think if he was actually being poached he would have been selected for the World Cup.

Full Union poaching program is of course still being led by Ireland.
