It exists since August 2018

It was printed in 2K copies and given to clubs, refs, dignitaries and volunteers GRATIS

It differs from WR book, at least, by

* size (B6 against A5)
* orientation (Wide against Tall)
* paging (odd pages on RIGHT)

and even contents:

* generic cover
* no tens
* no section opening pix
* variations are given at respective Laws
* clarifications included
* original errors corrected: eg WR forgot that at half-time teams should change ends

And it does NOT contain utmost RUBBISH -- Game's Charter, full of Celtic hypocrisy
