Yes, interesting words. I didn't know he is a magnate, a former rugby player scoring a try to Italy and even a former football club owner. He has certainly the phisique du rol of a leader.
I don't know if he is right (how World Rugby money should be distributed? It's not an easy question) but certainly he has clear ideas

Rugby Afrique announces the cancellation of the whole 2020 season
www.rugbyafrique.com/rugby-africa-se-re ... s-proches/

It's the first continental confederation to take this decision. Rugby Europe promised updates about the calendar for the end of may, if I remember correctly, but so far no news about.
Asia Rugby has still the events from july to december fixed on the calendar and also the other three continental federations seem to have so far not taken definitive decisions

Revamped by World Rugby social media, here it is the second Ivory Coast try against France in RWC 1995.
The player with the dreadlocks who congrats the try scorer should be Max Brito, if I'm not wrong.
I thought Brito got injured in the first game, instead it happened in his third and last (the pools had just four teams) game.
I also read now on wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Brito) that he can move an arm and the torso; it's somehow a good discover, I thought he can move just the head
