Mmm, 4N put Italy v Uruguay on nov 14, Scorpion put it on nov 21. Which is the correct date?
I knew that the three Italy's games should be vs Australia, South Africa and Uruguay, but no certainties about.
And I had read somewhere that the match versus Uruguay should be in Montevideo, but still not sure confirmation

Wikipedia has Italy vs Uruguay on 14 November and Uruguay vs Samoa on 21 November.
Either way, there are still 2 TBC tier 1 vs tier 2 matches. One for England, which I can only guess will be Fiji or Tonga. There isn't really any other tier 2 team strong enough to play that fixture. The other TBC match will involve Italy.

This is a good fixture list, but I also think it's a bit of a con for tier 2. There may be more tier 1 vs tier 2 fixtures, but a lot of those fixtures involve Japan who are effectively elevated to tier 1 status. For Pacific Islands there seems to be less fixtures than usual, not more.

Italy plays Australia on November 21. The rumored Uruguay match should be on the 14. Also, haven't seen anything regarding that France - Japan game outside of the release window.

Almost certainly. Japan will be in Ireland. Fiji are touring. And the only other tier 2 team that is good enough to play England at Twickenham is Tonga, and they don't seem to be touring at all.

A bit more here about the All Blacks XV playing Fiji. That game will be played in Canada, and All Blacks XV will play 2 other tests. All Blacks XV is New Zealand's 2nd XV and will become a regular thing, like Argentina XV.
