FER disclosed some meeting minutes from September showing the size of the budgetary blow it faces: from 5.7 M€ budget in 2019 to 4.1 M€ in 2020 and 2021. At least three sponsors are gone due to COVID and another one greatly reduced its contribution.

That's bad news and shows they are effectively working on a shoestring budget. I read recently, not sure how true it is, but FIR give Zebre roughly five million euro per year. Shows the massive gap between countries.
