Very strong team!
Personally though I can't understand how Sutiashvili, Khmaladze, Katcharava (even though he scored twice last week), Todua and Malaghuradze are there. Really needed to blood youngsters!!

20K seats LTD Stadium in Batumi is almost finished now

Looks to be a beautiful modern stadium and will be the 3d biggest stadium in Georgia, and the biggest outside Tbilisi.

Any chance to see Georgia national team playing there in the future? or it will dedicated to soccer only ?

If we are lucky to host U20 world championship in 2021 (application is already sent) I believe Batumi will be one of the host cities.

Nika Amashukeli refereeing in Ireland for a second week.

Last week it was Ireland V Wales in the six nations under 20s, this week its Munster V Southern Kings in Pro14. Both fixtures played in the same ground in Cork.

Good experience for him.

Krasnyi Yar supporters are writing that Svanidze joined their club. Does anyone knows which Svanidze? Irakli or Sandro?

Good to see young prop Luka Tchelidze selected to play for Toulon against La Rochelle, pity he came on in the 79th minute though.

Yeah a very strong squad!
Is Luka Azariashvili too old to play?
No Lashkhi though, injured?
Also I've read that Lasha Lomidze is a centre/flyhalf, is it true he's a flyhalf? If so maybe we should try him out at 10, we definitely need a 2nd one

Yes, this team is much better than the 2019 one.
I believe the coming games are important for a preparation. It is pity some good players are missed due to injuries (Chelidze, Lashkhi, lutidze, Chkhaidze, Kuratashvili, Alania just recovered.

If they play as good as they did in two tests against junior Springboks, I'll be optimistic for them heading into the World Championships.

Alania and 2 hookers Karkadze and Kuratashvili are big names missing.
Also tall young loose forward from Bayonne Zedguinidze? and Leshkasheli from Montpellier is a very good young player.

Not Sunwolves (Bregvadze plays for them) but he also played for Sale Sharks

Great move for Mamukashvili

Mamukashvili played for some great clubs but mostly as injury cover. Hope to see him playing a great season for the Tigers like he did in Montpellier

Yeah has played for all three major European competitions, bit of a journeyman...
Be good if he got consecutive games and quite a lot of games!
Hopefully this starts premiership teams picking up Georgians
