Azerbaijan left out of the members list: https://www.rugbyeurope.eu/rugby-europe-members/ They were in the previous websit list + World Rugby's list. A mistake or something happened?

In theory the Nagorno-Karabakh War has no implications in rugby. Azerbaijan is a Rugby Europe member and Armenia isn't.
