What TV shows are you currently watching?
I just finished Daredevil and Longmire on Netflix. I'd highly recommend both shows.
Right now, I just started watching season 3 of Spartacus.

I have been watching Longmire for about a year. Im a fan.

I watch the news in Turkish and nothing else
That way I kill 2 birds with one stone - practise Turkish and keep informed. I'd like to have seen the recent, long-running Turkish series about Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent, which was so popular throughout the Middle East and Balkans regions (and even in Greece, apparently), but my work schedule put paid to that also...

If they're good enough to play at World Cups, then why not in between?

One Netflix original I really enjoy is Bojack Horseman. Extremely clever, very funny but surprisingly dark for a cartoon about an anthropomorphic horse. You'll recognize a lot of the cast, too. It doesn't really get going until about halfway through the first season though.

The only TV that is allowed in my house at the moment is the Rugby World Cup! Especially after Japans result.

I'm enjoying "Catch 22", a six episodes TV serial made by G.Clooney. It's not a masterpiece but I like it.
It's taken by the homonymous book, set in the second world war in Italy

I know that I'm always too late on watching tv series but I've recently re-seen and greatly appreciated "True detective", season one. McConaughey brings the show two steps above, in my opinion. One of the best actors I've seen, ever.
I tried to watch also season two and season three but they seemed mediocre, compared to the first one. Season three a bit better than season two, I'd say

Chernobyl series is very very good. It's only a few episodes. Worth watching.

I watch first series. Very accurate house hold parts. Clothes, house hold items, peoples faces ...
I even caught myself thinking that this is not a Russian series!
But this series is not a documentary, much has been invented and is a fiction.
For example no one forced miners to go to work, no machine gunners were there. They simply were told that Motherland was in danger and asked for help....
Miners also respected minister. This has never happened in reality.

Ulyana Khomyuk -fictional character, a scientist from Institute of Nuclear Energy Byelorussian SSR, a member of government commission on emergency response (Emily Watson), this character heroically passed through "GULAG" and arrest and makes this series artistic, not documentary.
