12 & 13 Nov: Rugby Americas North 7s - 2016
A credit to Canalina who raised this on the Men's topics.
Good to see Dominican Republic represented. We were talking about potential competitors from the Americas to join the Commonwealth Games well this will give us a form guide with 7/10 here being Commonwealth members as well as Canada.
Venue: CIC Grounds at St. Mary’s College, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad

What does RAN stand for? That is a "healthy" looking tournament - 10 teams!

Oh right! Thanks!
Why doesn't USA participate? If they feel the standard is too low they could send a development side like Canada. It will help their development players and also help the players from other countries to play against opposition of a much higher standard.
Barbados is also out yet they took part in the Olympic qualifier last year.
St Vincent, St Lucia and Guadeloupe are other past participants in NAWIRA/NACRA that are absent.
