Women paticipation in the World Rugby Council

World Rugby has anounced an increase in the number of representatives in its council: https://www.worldrugby.org/news/296055

It will have 49 instead of 32 members now, with at least 17 women. But the number of votes won't change. Those 11 countries and the 6 continental union that had extra votes will have an extra female member.

With this, I understand that the Council has now:

England - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Wales - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Scotland - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Ireland - 3 members/votes (1 female)

France - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Italy - 3 members/votes (1 female)

New Zealand - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Australia - 3 members/votes (1 female)

South Africa- 3 members/votes (1 female)

Argentina - 3 members/votes (1 female)

Japan - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Canada - 1 member/vote

USA - 1 member/vote

Romania - 1 member/vote

Georgia - 1 member/vote

Rugby Europe - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Sudamérica Rugby - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Rugby Americas North - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Rugby Africa - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Asia Rugby - 2 members/votes (1 female)

Oceania Rugby - 2 members/votes (1 female)

World Rugby Chairman - 1 vote

Total: 49 members/votes
