So, still five teams playing: Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Mexico

I like central american rugby: the relatively brief distances between the nations and the balanced forces between the national teams seem promising an enjoyable future for this local championship, both for men and for women.
Paradoxically, it would be perhaps better not having a promotion from Consur C to B, in the way to keep all these nations playing together
