British basketball league will be broadcast by Sky Sports. This is big news for basketball in Britain. Sky Sports broadcasting production is excellent.

England were due to play a three game series against Jamaica. Unfortunately Jamaica had to cancel due to Covid, which is a shame. However, for England netball fans something just as exciting is taking place instead. England are playing a Netball Superleague All-Stars team.

All games will be streamed live and free on the Sky Sports YouTube channel. The series starts on Wednesday.

The Super League All-stars team has been selected. A squad of 13 players, including two Jamaicans, two from Malawi and two from Northern Ireland.

Fantastic game. Really top quality. I would like the VNSL All Stars to become a regular team, a bit like the Barbarians. It would give players from countries like Ireland, and Australians and New Zealanders playing in Britain the chance to play international netball at the highest level.
